Summary: Several things / Asked for early arrrival when we were arrived 1 hour early they wanted extra 35.00 we declined. no micro wave in room, no coffee maker, no easy access for ice like an ice bucket which every hotel I've stayed in provides; we had to call front desk who said to use a thermal bag in room with an option to buy at $45.00. Very limited electrical outlets in room . not enough for two people to have electrical outlets for pcs and phone chargers. morning breakfast was below average and did not provide juice or oatmeal . very disappointed in service provided compared to other hotels at a same price
